Terms of service

LAST UPDATED: November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website stratisdigital.store (the "Store") and the digital products sold on it. The Store is operated by Mohamed Essanhaji, a sole proprietorship trading as Stratis Digital ("Stratis Digital", "we", "us"), at 1155 Vantassell St, Bathurst, NB E2A 4C7, Canada. By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Who may use the Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from the Store. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

2. Our products

Stratis Digital sells digital business templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, in English and French. All products are delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, and screenshots and images are illustrations of the product's layout and style.

3. Licence to use our products

3.1 What you may do

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may:

  • use the template in your own business, or in one business you own or manage;
  • edit and customise the template for your own use; and
  • keep backup copies for your own use.

3.2 What you may not do

  • resell, share, give away, sublicense or distribute the template or any modified version of it, whether free or paid;
  • upload the template to a marketplace, file-sharing site or shared template library;
  • present the template, or a lightly modified copy, as your own product; or
  • remove any copyright notice from the files.

If you need a licence for a team, agency or client use, contact us at yassinmomose@outlook.fr.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Store and in our products, including templates, formulas, layouts, text, graphics, logos and the Stratis Digital name, belongs to Stratis Digital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Store for any unlawful purpose;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Store, its systems or other customers' data;
  • introduce viruses or harmful code; or
  • copy, scrape or reproduce the Store's content without our permission.

6. Not professional advice

Our templates are tools for organising and tracking information. They do not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. The results they show depend entirely on the data you enter. You remain responsible for your business decisions and should consult a qualified accountant or adviser where appropriate.

7. Third-party services

Our products work inside third-party software, Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. We are not responsible for changes to, interruptions of, or the terms of those services. The Store may also contain links to third-party websites, which we do not control.

8. Disclaimer

Except where the law does not allow it, the Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Store will always be available or error-free, or that a product will meet every specific need. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including any legal guarantee that the products conform to their description.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stratis Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Indemnity

If you breach these terms, for example by redistributing our products, you agree to compensate Stratis Digital for reasonable losses and costs that result, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or end your access to the Store or to your downloads if you seriously breach these terms, such as by sharing or reselling our products.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. See our Legal Notice for information on dispute resolution for European customers.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.

LEGAL REVIEW NOTICE

This document is a template prepared for Stratis Digital and is not legal advice. Before publishing it, have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional familiar with the laws of New Brunswick and Canada, the United States, and the Netherlands and European Union. Remove this notice before publishing.

Clauses that most need review: Sections 8 and 9 (disclaimer and limitation of liability). Courts in the EU and in some Canadian provinces and US states restrict how far these clauses can be enforced against consumers. Also have Section 12 (governing law) checked. If you sell to customers in Quebec, Quebec law may require these terms to be available in French.
