Shipping policy

Stratis Digital, at stratisdigital.store, sells digital products only. This policy explains how your digital products are delivered. Every order is delivered electronically, and there are no delivery fees.

1. What you receive

Every product includes:

  • a Google Sheets version, delivered as a link that lets you make your own copy in your Google account; and
  • a Microsoft Excel version (.xlsx file);

each available in English and French.

2. When and how your files are delivered

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed:

  1. a download button appears on your order confirmation page; and
  2. an email with your download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

The email normally arrives within a few minutes. Occasionally, a payment may be held for a security check, which can delay delivery for up to 24 hours. If that happens, we will let you know by email.

3. Delivery costs and locations

Digital delivery is free. Our products can be delivered to customers anywhere, including in Canada, the United States and the Netherlands. No customs duties apply to digital downloads. Sales taxes or VAT may apply depending on where you live; they are shown at checkout. See our Terms of Sale.

4. If you do not receive your files

  • Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Stratis Digital.
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
  • Use the download button on your order confirmation page if it is still open.

If you still cannot find your files, email yassinmomose@outlook.fr or call +1 506-516-7225 with your order number. We will send you a new link within 1 business day.

5. Lifetime access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the product. We recommend saving the Excel files and making your Google Sheets copy as soon as you receive them. If your download link stops working or you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we will send you a new link at no cost.

6. Opening your files

You need a Google account (free) to use the Google Sheets version, or a recent version of Microsoft Excel to use the Excel version. If a file will not open, contact us before trying again and we will help you or send a replacement.

7. Faulty files and refunds

If a file is damaged or does not work as described, we will fix or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. See our Return and Refund Policy. EU customers should also read the section on the right of withdrawal in that policy.

Clauses that most need review: Section 2 and Section 5. Check that they match the settings of the app that delivers your files: whether the email arrives automatically, whether links expire, and whether there is a download limit. Section 5 promises lifetime access, so you must be able to resend files for as long as the business runs.
